About Sean
Midlife isn’t a crisis. It’s a creative reckoning.
You’ve built a good life. A solid career, a reputation, maybe a family that counts on you. You’ve done the responsible thing—and you’ve held it all together longer than most.
But something’s shifting.
The version of success you worked so hard for? It doesn’t quite fit anymore.
The identity you built? It doesn’t reflect who you’ve become.
You’re not in freefall—you’re just ready for something real. Something yours.
I coach Gen X professionals who are navigating a quiet earthquake of midlife.
The ones who’ve outgrown the old story, but aren’t sure what the new one is yet.
The ones craving a different kind of momentum—one rooted in depth, truth, and real change.
This isn’t about productivity hacks, morning routines, or chasing your “best self.”
It’s about reclaiming your time, energy, and agency—before someone else writes your next chapter for you.
A Bit About Me
I split my time between Los Angeles and Buffalo. The Airstream makes it easy to stay mobile, support my parents, and keep life flexible. I’m an introvert, a systems thinker, and a coach who doesn’t do small talk—but loves big questions.
For me, coaching isn’t a performance. It’s the kind of conversation I wish I’d had when I was quietly falling out of sync with the life I built.
Why I do this work
Because I've lived it.
I spent years succeeding at roles that looked good on paper but no longer felt like me.
Eventually, I stopped pretending and made a different choice—not louder, not flashier—just more honest.
Now I help others do the same.
Most of my clients aren’t looking for a reinvention retreat or a life overhaul.
They’re just done performing old versions of themselves—and ready to figure out what comes next.

Curious About Coaching?
No pressure. No pitch. Just an honest conversation about where you are—and what might come next.
